About Us
Eric founded Clifford Structures in 2019 with one simple goal:
Bring the professionalism, communication, and accountability of large commercial construction to residential and smaller projects. With experience working for both regional New England builders and national construction companies, Eric brings organization, detail, and transparency to projects of every size.
Eric earned his degree in Construction Management Technology from the University of Maine School of Engineering. His passion for construction began in high school while volunteering with Habitat for Humanity. He continues to support that mission as a member of the local Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors.
As an owner-operator, Eric remains directly involved in every project. Clients consistently describe him as responsive, detail-oriented, and approachable. He is known for detailed estimates, accountability, strong organization, and honest, transparent communication. Eric believes quality craftmanship is important but so is integrity, reliability, and trust.
Eric cares deeply about the experience clients have working with him. He works hard to make sure clients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout the process while handling every project with professionalism and integrity from start to finish.
